- Once a month--a list of the upcoming month's events (no meetups Jul to Sep)--an email just before the beginning of the month. These emails are the most important, additional reminders will NOT typically be sent. Interested in an event? Please follow instructions in the monthly event email. You can also check the club's Event Snapshot on the website--bookmark it.
- Periodic emails about "special" events like new (pop-up) workshops, field trips, art supply swap, etc.
- Rare ad hoc nature journaling bits that are just too good not to share.
- End of Summer, the Fall 2026 announcment. Instead of many emails, you'll recieve a summary of plans Sept/Oct thru Dec 2026.
